Dr. Kappas (a clinical psychologist) has conducted extensive research in the field of hypnosis at U.C.L.A. He discovered that approximately 84% of people have the potential of "dreaming out" or "returning" to their pre-hypnotized programming (bad habits) within 3 to 7 days causing them to return to the behaviors that caused their disorder(s).
In order to prevent clients from returning to their pre-hypnotized state, they need to receive the same hypnotherapy programming daily for a period of 21 days. This allows the hypnotic program to be installed into the subconscious mind and as a result, causes the elimination of the disorder(s).
Furthermore, 90% of those who do experience daily hypnotic sessions are found to be successful after one year and still not smoking and/or lost their weight and kept it off.
